Claro is market share leader in accesses via handsets WCDMA and in M2M terminals*. Vivo leads in broadband data terminals.
Anatel considers as mobile broadband the WCDMA and LTE accesses plus broadband data terminals.
* M2M data terminals aren't classified as mobile broadband accesses by Anatel.
