Notes Description

(6) Options acquired a sub-band extension of 5 MHz in 1,737,5 to 1,740 MHz/1,832,5 to 1835 MHz, next to Band M, to the cities of Paranaíba, Mato Grosso do sul.

After the acquisition of Amazônia Celular by Oi, Anatel extinguished the authorizations for use of radio frequency owned by Amazônia Celular (Ato 1.261 of 03/05/08).

In the band of 850 MHz, Anatel determined the liberation of 15 MHz, the 10 MHz left can be occupied in 18 months.

The time limit for returning the extension frequencies in 900 and 1800 MHz was 90 days, it could be extended for iqual period.
