Sercomtel and Sercomtel Celular
The City Hall of Londrina and Companhia Paranaense de Energia (Copel) are the controllers of Sercomtel and Cellular Sercomtel.
Sercomtel
Sercomtel has the concession of Local Service and Long National Distance (LDN) to the sector 20 ( Londrina and Tamarana) in Paraná.
Sercomtel has the following concessions or authorizations to Fixed Telephone.

Sercomtel Celular has authorization of LDN and LDI to the regions I, II and III, except numeration area 43. (it is not in operation)
