Commentary

Since 2Q11 Telefonica started to release its results consolidated with Vivo.   In 4Q11, pay TV accesses increased 43.8% over 4Q10.   Telefônica reviewed its figures since 2010 in oder to present consolidated Telefônica/Vivo revenue and eliminate common revenues.
