The total fixed accesses reported for Brazil (RGU) is superior than the value in the table above which had Anatel and operators as source. América Móvil repoorted a total of 23,588 thousand in 2011, against 19,821 thousand counted by Teleco. América Móvil claims to have 10 million pay TV accesses in Brazil in 2011, but the total gotten adding Net and Embratel's accesses reached 7 million.
