Equipments not included in the definition of Category I, but use radioelectric spectrum
signal transmission, including
antennas and those characterized, in specific regulation, as equipments of radiocommunication of restricted radiation. |

Any products or equipments that not fit in the definitions of the Categories
I and II, whose regulation is
necessary:
a) guarantee if the inter-operation of support networks to the telecommunications service
b) trustworthiness of support networks to the telecommunication services;
or
c) guarantee the electromagnetic compatibility and electric security.
