Telecommunications Engineer (UGF 73) with extension in software (ICAI Madrid 1977) having worked in Public and Private Commutation, Cellular Telephony Operations, Trunking, Paging, etc.
President of Daruma, occupied some Direction positions in Telecommunication Companies, recent President of TESS, TESS VP Commercial and Director of ATL Commercial Transactions.
He has participated of the develpment of Metaconta System in ITT (today Alcatel). He was Coordinator of the Tropical Project in CPqD, developed products in the area of automation and commutation as Technology Manager of Avel and Batik, participated in the creation of Radiolink Trunking and @cess Paging companies, as Technician Manager of the Itatel.
Since 1992 he actively participates as advice member of Telexpo and Futurecom, beyond Co-ordinating and Pronouncing international lectures in these and other congresses. He is also member of the Consulting Board of Telebrasil in which he was its first President.
