New IBGE's population counting

In 2007 IBGE provided a partial "censo" (survey) of the population what leaded to a review bellow the estimations for the Brazilian population. The estimation of 191.8 million of population in Brazil in 2008 was reduced to 189.6 million.

In other words, telecom services densities in Brazil are a bit higher than those considered. Teleco'll review all the numbers when IBGE release a review from its population projects.
