The net adds of 2.8 million cell phones in May 2008 was more than May/07 (2.2 million). Net Adds accumulated of 2.8 million cell phones in May 2008 total net adds 9.6 million cellulars. The net adds in the last 12 months are 25.5 million cell phones.
Band A has led growth with net adds of 918 thousand cellulars. The net adds of Bands B and D were 738 thousands and 745 thousands cellulars respectively.
