Commentary

GVT ended 4Q12 counting 2,157 thousand broadband subscribers, growth of 30% over 4Q11.   Pay TV accesses increased 30% over the same quarter last year.   GVT's net revenue in 4Q12 (R$ 1,153 million) was 28% bigger than in 4Q11.   EBITDA margin reached 48.8%.
