Sutel, published in September of 2010, the edital that will break the monopoly of ICE, state-owned company that controls 100% of the telecom operations in Costa Rica.

 

About 5 companies are interested in offering mobile services in the country, Clable&Wireless, Telefônica, América Movil, Digicel and Millicom.
