CADE and Globosat agreement to soccer games transmission

Signed in 05/31/06 by CADE and Globosat decided the following obligations to Globosat untill the end of 2008:

Commercialize, in bases not-discriminatory, its sports channels (Sportv 1, Sportv 2), including in the channels pack Globosat (GNT, Multishow and Globonews).
Available to not joint operators to the NET System, by 2 (two) optional models of contract, Premiere Sports Channels (components of pay-per-view system).

Since 2009 Globosat is authorized to use in the National Pay TV market, rights of exhibition of 2 of the following soccers seasons: Campeonato Brasileiro, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, Paulista and Carioca. In case of 3 championships, it's impossible simultaneous exhibition of Campeonato Brasileiro and Copa do Brasil.
