Google announced that in 4Q11 there were 700 thousand Andriod activations by day and 3.7 million Christmas' week. The total of sold smartphones with android readched 250 million units.
In May, this number was smaller, only 400 thousand activations by day. About 550 thousand daily activations were rehistered in July/August. Kept this performance, this number won't take long to be more than 1 million by day.
In 2011, net profit reached US$ 9.7 billion, increasing 14.5% in the year.
Total revenue grew 29.3% in one year, hit US$ 37.9 billion in 2011. |
