Samsung in 4Q11

Samsung sold 92.6 million cell phones in 4Q11, increasing 14.7% in the year and getting US$ 41.059 million in sales, growth of 16.9% in the quarter.   This performance was encouraged mainly by the strong Galaxy S II and Galaxy Note sales.   Smartphones unit shipments increased nerly 19.0% in 4Q11, in comparison with the previous quarter, counting 33 million sold units.   However, it wasn't enough to garantee the leadership inside smartphones market.
