Término entre CADE y Globosat para la transmisión de Partidos de Fútbol

Término firmado el 31/05/06, por el CADE y Globosat, ha estipulado las siguientes obligaciones para Globosat hasta el final de 2008:

Comercializar, en bases no-discriminatorias, sus canales de contenido deportivo (Sportv1, Sportv 2), incluídos en el paquete de canales Globosat (GNT, Multishow y Globonews).
Disponibilizados para los operadores no afiliadas al Sistema NET, por medio de 2 (dos) modelos opcionales de contratación, los canales Premiere Esportes (componentes del sistema pay-per-view).

A partir de la temporada de 2009, Globosat podrá utilizar, con exclusividad, en el mercado nacional de TV por suscripción, derechos de exhibición de un máximo de 2 de los siguientes torneos de fútbol: Campeonato Brasileño, Copa de Brasil, Libertadores de América, Paulista (del estado de Sao Paulo) y Carioca (del estado de Río de Janeiro). Caso opte por 3 campeonatos, queda imposibilitada la elección, simultanea, del Campeonato Brasileño y Copa de Brasil.

Sky y DirecTV unen parrilla de programación

Los Suscriptores de Sky/DirecTV tuvieron su parrilla de programación unificada en este mes de Junio de 2008. Se les Ofrece a los suscriptores una parrilla de programación con más diversidad de canales como:GNT, Multishow, Telecine filmes, Ra Tim Bum, Fox Life, entre otros.
