Vivo reduces growth pace but overtakes Oi and reaches leadership in Region I
Vivo conquered the leadership in cellular net adds in Brazil for the 8th month in a row. However, its advantage over Tim (which is in the second position) reached only 11 thousand mobile accesses.
Despite keeping the leadership, Vivo's net adds share was the lowest in the last 8 months.

The performance in region I assured Vivo the leadership in market share in the region, overtaking Oi with a difference of 59 thousand mobile accesses. This advantage wouldn't have been achieved, however, if Oi had gotten positive net adds (it was negative in -82 thousand mobile accesses) in the region. Oi's losses happened mainly in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais.
