The following presents the results for each one of these indicators based on 2Q11.

The fall in ARPU and MOU presented by Claro can indicate that the carrier needs to turn out its inactive clients.
Profitability: Vivo/Telefonica leads EBITDA Margin
After the merger of fixed and mobile operations promoted by Telefonica and América Móvil, Vivo and Claro's cellular EBITDA margin are no longer published isolated from fixed operations. On the other hand, TIM's EBITDA margin incorporates also its fixed operation (Intelig and TIM Fixed). So, it was necessary to change the criteria to evaluate profitability, considering group's EBITDA margin gathering fixed and mobile operators.
Vivo/Telefonica led profitability in 2Q11, being the only group to show EBITDA margin superior to 35%.
