Anatel defined as "special M2M" especial all M2M terminals in which communication occurs without human intervention. Special M2M will pay reduced Fistel tax.
In Aug/14, 1.2 million terminals were classified as special M2M by Anatel. From those, 750 thousand terminals were operated by TIM and 301 thousand by Oi.
