Teleco monitored from 2007 to 2013 the performance of mobile operators in Brazil measuring it through seven indicators: mobile accesses, growth, revenue, ARPU, profitability, quality and coverage.

In 2014, Teleco reviewed the considered indicators, introducing indicators about mobile broadband and revenue growth. The indicator about coverage was amplified to include many technologies. The indicators about quality and profitability were taken out of the list. Anatel hasn't published indicators about quality regularly. The EBITDA margin reported by operators currently involves fixed and mobile operations besides extraordinary revenues.

The following shows the results for each one of these seven indicators in 3Q14.
