Changes the regulation about channels and bands from 4 GHz (3.800 to 4.200 MHz), 6 (5.925 to 6.425 MHz) and 8 GHz (7.725 to 7.925 MHz) extending analogical sistems in operation.

Wi-Fi, Radio Spread Spectrum use the following bands of frequency: 902-907,5; 915-928; 2400-2483,5; 5725-5850 MHz.
