Atento is a Call Center comapny, property of Bain Capital LLC group, the biggest Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider in Latin America and Spain, and among the three main world providers, based on its revenues. 

 

In 2012, Bain Capital purchased Atento from Telefónica paying US$ 1.3 billion, including its debts. Atento has about 153 thousand employees, about half of them in Brazil. The company was created in 1999.
